We inform you that in the case of loss of any object or in the case of finding one, you should go to Reception.

The establishment will keep any object found in its facilities for one year, with the exception of objects that for reasons of hygiene, personal use and/or subject to expiration dates, will be discarded.

If the client wishes to recover said object and it is no longer in the hotel, the establishment will proceed to send it to the address provided, the client being responsible for any expenses generated.
