Accesibility
Adapted rooms: We have 17 adapted rooms with a maximum occupancy of two people and 3 suites with a maximum occupancy of four people. In the event of an emergency, there are buttons on the entrance door that activate an audible and visual alarm inside the room.
Reception: They have an accessible adjoining counter next to the room reception counter. See map (fig. 1), also at the theme reservation office and customer service (fig. 18)
Services: There are four adapted toilets located in the Baviera, Piano Bar Salzburg, Gales cafeterias and next to the Navona room. See plan below.
Lift: The accessible elevators are located next to the receptions of both buildings and in the suite building the elevator is located next to the Gales cafeteria with access to the floors, the Navona room, the Niza pub and the garage. See location on map. They have sound and braille systems to indicate which floor they are on.
Restaurants: Tickets to the buffets are adapted and to the theme restaurants Mare Nostrum and California. We have letters in braille on summer.
Cafeterias: All our cafeterias are accessible, although for your convenience, we recommend the two cafeterias located in reception and the Gales cafeteria next to the pool.
Garage: We have adapted parking spaces, subject to payment, for customers who reserve the adapted rooms.
Pool and Beach: Next to the Cafeteria Gales there are ramps to facilitate access to the pool and also to the beach, through the right side street. For access inside the pool we have a hydraulic lift.
Minos Spa Centre: The therapist assigned to your appointment will accompany you, has adapted changing rooms, saves stairs to access the wet area and a hydraulic lift to access the pool.
