Rules and recommendations

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• For security reasons, do not leave your room key on the door when you leave or are inside your apartment/room/suite.
• We would be grateful if you could keep quiet in the corridors, especially after 11 p.m., in order to respect the rest of the guests.
• If you need to hang your towel on the terrace, please do so on the clothesline for image reasons.
• The current in your apartment/room/suite is 220 volts. Please turn off the lights before you leave.
• Children are not permitted to use lifts unless they are accompanied by an adult.
• Fire: There are evacuation plans on the doors of the apartments/rooms/suites and in the common areas.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and suites, nor on the terraces or balconies of them. Smoking is also not allowed in the common areas of the hotel. It is permitted to smoke in designated areas for this purpose.
• Consult our Regulations on the right to enter and stay.
