Upon arrival at Reception you will be issued with a Guest Identification card.
The card will act as a temporary form of payment for any extras that you wish to purchase during your stay in the Hotel, as cash and credit card are only accepted in Reception and normally only on the day of departure.
Do not forget to always show the Guest Card to the Hotel staff. We inform you that the credit limit established for clients is €200. When we reach this amount, we will contact you. If the outstanding balance is not regularized, the credit will be closed in all facilities.
