Check-in is from 4pm onwards.  If you arrive after 9pm, please inform the Reception.

If you arrive before 4pm and the hotel has clean rooms available, you will be assigned a room and you can check-in at the hotel.

• After 00.00h is considered a new day; therefore, if the client has not checked in, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding charges will be made.
• RD 933/2021: At the time of check-in, users of the accommodation service have the obligation to provide the necessary documentation for their identification and sign in the traveler register.
• At the time of check-in, all the occupants of the room must be at the reception desk, in order to be able to place the identification bracelet.
• Those over 14 years of age will have to sign the traveller's register, which is a compulsory document.
• At Reception you will be asked for your national identification document, passport or resident card and a credit card or cash deposit of 100€/room as a guarantee for extra expenses.
• If you are a direct payment customer, the total amount of the stay will be charged during your check-in at the Hotel.
• According to Law 12/2021, cash payments cannot exceed €1,000.
• At Reception, they will ask for your vehicle registration, even if you do not hire the garage or parking.
